Terms & conditions

These terms & conditions governs your purchases from, and your use of, the website and forms a contract between you and Ocho Design AB, Swedish company registration number 556981-8106, Bertilsvägen 12A, 752 60 Uppsala, Sweden (hereinafter “Anna & Deià” or “we”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.

Orders & order processing

Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that all customer information which you provide to us is correct as we do not validate such information.
Orders made in another person’s name without the person’s consent, will be reported to the authorities. Anna & Deià holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Anna & Deià to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.

Promo codes

Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.


You may pay with either credit or debit cards. PayPal manages all of our banking transactions. Anna & Deià does not store any credit card numbers.

Payment by card

Pay with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by PayPal. We handle your credit card information with confidentiality, and we never store your credit card information. Our payment provider hosts the form where you enter your credit card details and therefore we never see your credit card information. We do this to ensure your security. Our Web Shop only stores transaction data needed for us to make the withdrawal from your account when shipping the product to you. There is no extra charge for card payments unless the customer’s bank charges a fee to the customer. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Anna & Deià may automatically cancel your order.


All prices shown on the Anna & Deià website,, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order will be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, please note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier depending (even as early as in the web shop) on which country the product will be delivered to.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Anna & Deià has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Anna & Deià cannot predict their amount. Anna & Deià advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.


Your order will be shipped within 3 working days. In case of deviations from this lead time a statement will be shown on We aim to ship your order the same day as you place the order, for orders placed before 11.00 AM, except for non-workdays.
All of our shipments are sent with traceable shipment to your nearest outlet.
Please make sure that your contact details are stated correctly in your purchase order so that you will receive your shipment.
If the package is not picked up, the Customer will be charged 350 SEK for freight and handling costs. This fee will be invoiced afterwards.

Returns & Return policy

Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the products ordered. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging with any gifts can be returned in the same condition as when received. Any returns by delivery it must be properly packaged. You are responsible for any incurred damages during the transportation of the product unless the product was mistakenly delivered to you or if the product was already damaged when it was delivered to you. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Anna & Deià in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by Anna & Deià. If you live in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, the customer may be obliged to pay for the return shipping. If an item is damaged during transport, Anna & Deià should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. Please note that you may not exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to receive the product or by not collecting your product from the carrier.


Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the jewelry itself. Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the “contact us” page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter. Return shipping is paid by Anna & Deià. If Anna & Deià cannot find any defects described above, the product will be sent back to the customer at customer expense.

Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

– Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.)
– Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
– Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
– Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.)
– In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten
– If the warranty is not submitted along with the jewelry.

This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

Personal data & Privacy policy

When shopping with Anna & Deià we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. We collect information you provide us with when creating an account, signing up for our newsletter or when making a purchase. This information could be your name, address, contact information etc. Anna & Deià treats all personal information with confidentiality. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. The information stored will not be sold or used for any other purposes than ensuring the best service possible. Anna & Deià may also use cookies, for example in order to improve your experience of the website.


A cookie is a small text file which is stored on the user’s IT equipment (such as a PC, tablet, smartphone, etc.) allowing the website to recognize the equipment. Product & Product information

Anna & Deià has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the jewelry. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. Natural gemstones may vary in luster and color and therefore are minor color and/or luster deviations not considered a defect. Since all jewelry are made by hand there might be small variations in appearance and measures and these variations shall therefore not be seen as defects. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

Delivery & Cancellations

Anna & Deià ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Anna & Deià’s customer service within 30 days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk for transporting the returned goods to Anna & Deià.

In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Anna & Deià either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued Anna & Deià has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Anna & Deià will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.

Complaints terms

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.

Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Same applies for returns. Defective products returned to Anna & Deià should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. Anna & Deià has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Anna & Deià will send the product back to the customer.


Anna & Deià responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Anna & Deià bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.


Anna & Deià shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Anna & Deià or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Anna & Deià.

User generated content

The website may include user generated content, for example social media applications. Anna & Deià does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.

Retention of title

All products remain as Anna & Deià’s property until full payment is made.


All frauds are reported to the authorities and Anna & Deià reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the website are governed by Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Anna & Deià’s right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.


Anna & Deià reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the website at its sole discretion. For example, if Anna & Deià suspects that you have breached this terms and condition. Such termination can be made without prior notice.


Anna & Deià may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Anna & Deià. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound.


Anna & Deià cannot promise that the content of the Web Shop is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Anna & Deià may, at any time, amend the content of the Web Shop.
Although Anna & Deià strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the Web Shop, errors may occur. Anna & Deià, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the purchase is based on erroneous information, including incorrect pricing. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Care instructions

We hope you will make the effort to take good care of your jewelry, as all jewelry needs a proper care to maintain the original appearance.
We recommend you to keep your jewelry in the accompanying jewelry box when not wearing it. Please wipe your jewelry with a polishing cloth after each use to remove make-up, grease and perfume etc. To minimize unnecessary hard wear we recommend you to remove your jewelry when bathing, doing housework, gardening, sports or similar activities. Also please avoid sleeping with your jewelry on, since it is exposed to unnecessarily hard wear then.

By regular cleaning your jewelry using special jewelry cleaners it will keep its luster for a long time.

Anna & Deià’s silver jewelry is 100% nickel-free 925 silver, so-called Sterling silver. Silver jewelry demands a certain amount of maintenance, glossy and frosted surfaces may for instance have to be polished or matted again. Silver oxidizes due to sulfur and may darken after wearing it for a while or when in contact with air. The oxide is easily removed with the jewelry cleaners that you find in authorized jewelry dealers. Due to the oxidation in the silver we rhodium-plate all our silver which is a finishing treatment that will eventually patinate. All surfaces that has been rhodinated may need to be renewed after hard wear. How often your jewelry needs to be maintained depends on your habits and on how often your jewelry is being used.


Anna & Deià’s gold jewelry is 100% nickel-free. We use 18K gold in the colors yellow or white gold. The alloy in the white gold is not perfectly white and therefore the white gold is rhodinated. Rhodination is a finishing treatment, which will eventually patinate. This applies especially to rings, bracelets and other exposed jewelry. All surfaces that has been polished glossy, matted or rhodinated may need to be renewed after hard wear. How often your jewelry needs to be maintained depends on your habits and on how often your jewelry is being used.


Gemstones have various qualities and are more or less sustainable, where colored stones are more fragile than diamonds. Our recommendation is that all jewelry with gemstones, including diamond jewelry, shall be handled with care. To minimize unnecessary hard wear we recommend you to remove your jewelry when bathing, doing housework, gardening, sports or similar activities. Also please avoid sleeping with your jewelry on, since it is exposed to unnecessarily hard wear then. Pearls and stones may lose their sheen and brilliance when exposed to body oils, creams, perfumes etc.
